One of the best hotels in town. I love as well as my family did. The location is perfect in the most prestigious neighborhood of Istanbul where you may find all your needs near you. The staff were very friendly and nice as well as helpful by all means especially. All my pre-requests were made available upon arrival such as providing us an early check in. The service was amazing by all hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, the location is excellent. Beautiful rooms with nice design. The restaurant is very good with their breakfast à la carte. Ayhan is there to assist if you need anything or any recommandation. I really recommend this place for your stay in Istanbul

Very inattentive wait staff! Serious lapses in attentiveness before ordering meal (10-15 minutes ) and post- meal ( 15-20 minutes ) I waited 10-15 minutes for waiter to take my order, and 15-20 minutes after my meal to get a waiter’s attention to request dessert options. The waiter responded kitchen was closed. No dessert possible. What frustrated me was the lost 10-15 minutes waiting to order my baby artichoke and undercooked prawns salad / mediocre Cafe de Paris beef medallion AND the lost 15-20 minutes afterwards. Very annoying dining experience ! I spent 2000 Turkish Lira for one person at Glens Istanbul Restaurant. Very polite staff when they remembered the customers . It was a Monday night and only 3 tables occupied with customers. Excellent ambient music .

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff - especially Ayhan. The hotel located in a very nice area in Istanbul with many great restaurants and shops. Hotel was very neat and very stylish. Was lively to have some complimentary sweets, fruit and flowers on arrival. Everyone very welcoming.
